I have to say that I agree with you! I love Banoffee pie too. The combination of banana, caramel and cream really makes my mouth water! Yum. I made small Banoffee pies for our Christmas lunch. Everybody loved them. I don't eat a lot of ice-cream but I would really like to have a go at making some. This recipe seems really east to make. Have you made either of these recipes before? Are they your family recipes or did you get them from the internet?
Making ice-cream would be a great thing to do on a rainy day like today.
