Typing Skills Result

Here is my result that I got today when I did the typing test. 

Holly Robinson's Visit

This week Holly Robinson, the Paralympic came to our school. 
Rikki-Lee (a girl in my class) is Holly's cousin. She organised the visit. 
Holly came and talked to us about her life throwing the javelin, her experience in Rio and about her silver medal. She also told us that she got to be the flag bearer for NZ.With the silver medal she got a little toy. The toy's hair had the colour of the medal that you got given.

Numeracy Reflection T4 W1

This term we are learning about Position and Orientation. We are in buddies. My buddy is Nikau. We have to finish about 10 activities before the end of next week. 
Here is my favourite one that we did. 
We had to create a design for a kitchen that was reflective and rotational symmetry. There had to be 32 black tiles and 32 white tiles. 

Writing Reflection W1 T4

This week we wrote explanations. We got to choose what the topic was going to be about. I chose 'Life Cycle of a Butterfly'. Here is the start of my explanation. Click here to read the rest. 

Word Work Reflection W1 T4

For Word Work we got to choose an activity card and do that activity with that weeks spelling words. I chose Spelling Code. I had to create a code for each of the letters in the alphabet, then write out my spelling words and put the code next to it. Here are my DLOs.
