    It's great to read that you have so many different strategies when dealing with stress. I like the way you have used bullet points to list your different strategies. Just like the strategies you have listed, it often helps to move away from the thing that is causing you stress and focus on something else. This gives you time to clear your mind. It sounds like you and your Mum have a great relationship and it is wonderful to read that you talk to your Mum when you are stressed. It helps me a lot too when I talk to someone I trust because I get to talk through how I am feeling. Sometimes it feels like a whole weight is lifted off my shoulders.

    What are some things you do when you go outside that help you de-stress?
