Tapa Calendar Art - Nearly Finished

This week I have painted my tapa art with indian ink. The indian ink is very runny and hard to get out of clothing so we have to make sure that we are careful around it and are wearing art shirts when we are painting. I chose to do a 6 grid pattern using a triangle design and a koru. The next step for me is to stain my artwork with tea. Here is a photo of what it looks like now.

    1. Thanks Caysey.

I am very pleased with how my art looks - and I think it looks even better with the tea stain as it makes it look more cultural and effective. Do you like your one? What does yours look like?

I really love your tapa! It looks beautiful! No doubt your next step just as well as this one did. I like your designs. It shows that you must be creative! Maybe next time, you can design a 9 grid pattern.

    Overall, this is beautiful!
    Blessed Weekend, God Bless,
