For this activity we had to write a recipe of one of our favourite foods. I have made this dessert for a school project and a dessert during the Christmas period.
These look very interesting to make. They sound really easy to make and very tasty too. I have never seen this recipe before. Where did you get this recipe from? Is it something that you make in your family or did you just find it and thought you would try it? I see that it only makes 8 which isn't many. Do you usually just make 8 or do you double the recipe? I think this is something that I will have to try once I have the time. It sounds like something everyone in my house would like too.

Mum got this recipe from Mrs Evans (a teacher at school). I have made this recipe a couple of times including a dessert during Christmas! If we are feeding more then just our family we will cut them in half once they are done!
