(W4) DAY 5 (A2) - Adoption Day

For this activity we had to go on to a website and find 3 animals we would like to adopt if we had the opportunity. We also had to write down the one we would most like to adopt.

  1. Hi Reagan

This is a fantastic activity. You have presented this really well. I like the choices that you have made.
I am not surprised if you could only pick one that it would be the Snowy Owl as you are such a big Harry Potter fan.
Kate is in London at the moment and has just been to Harry Potter World! She was just blown away by it, saying it is the best thing she has been to. When I come back to school I will show you the photos that I have. I am sure she will have so many more for me to see when she gets back.
The Monarch butterflies are so amazing aren't they. We have a tree in the back yard and it has so many caterpillars on it that I went and bought two more the other day so that we would have enough food for them all. I can't wait until we have butterflies.
Do you have a swan plant at your house? If you do and want some caterpillars, we have plenty and would love to share.
And the turtle is also a good choice as this is my sisters favourite creature. She has a turtle at her house called 'Dude' he is very entertaining. Loves to get out of the tank an walk on the grass!!

    Good work Reagan

    Until next time

  2. Bonjour Reagan

I like how you have presented this activity. I think it was a cool way to have all the green boxes mean compare and the white boxes mean contrast. I also love to read Harry Potter as well.
What will be the 2nd animal you would adopt??

    This was another great post!!

  3. Kia Ora Reagan!

I really like the way you have presented this activity. These animals sound like really good animals to adopt. Would you adopt any more if you could? I like the different colours and images you have chosen. They look really bright and effective. I like how added lots of detail on each animal why you would adopt.

Keep up the great work Reagan!
