(W4) DAY 1 (A3) - The Sky In Shanghai

For this activity we had to imagine that we were going to Shanghai, China. We had to write whatever type of poem we wanted about our feelings. We had to remember that there is a LOT of air pollution in China.

It's Katelynn here! This blog post looks amazing, I like the way you have presented your poem the background image looks quite cool. Why did you choose to do this type of poem?

Good luck for the rest of the Summer Learning Journey!

  2. Hi Raegan,

    Me again. :)

Wow, what a great little poem! Your use of repetition is really powerful. I particularly like how you've taken us on this roller coaster of emotions - starting with your holiday excitement, moving on to your fear of the pollution, and ending with the happiness you feel at home. Do you write a lot of poetry?

Well done on completing another great post Reagan - I'm super impressed! :)

    Blog ya later!

    1. Buenas noches Mikey,

Thank you for your thoughtful comment!
I did an 'I Feel' poem at school one time when we were reading the book 'Once' by Morris Gleitzman. This type of poem is one of my all time favourite types. I really like to write poetry. I have a bound book at home full of all my poetry from school last year!
Do you like to write poetry?

      Adios,
      Reagan
