As our teacher Miss Power is like the head of maths in our school she organised fun maths activities for the school.
On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & today we did treasure hunts with the younger students from the Rata classes. We helped out with being stationed at activities/questions and taking the kids around the course.
In the afternoons we organised a Westamaths competition for the Pohutukawa and Mamaku students.
I found this really awesome helping out the younger students with these activities.
Do you like maths? I know I really do!!!
