(W3) DAY 2 (A3) - Flying Fungi

For this activity we had to work out how long it would take to remove 7 moulds if it took 5 days to remove 1 mould.

  1. Greetings Reagan,

I see that you have perfectly understood this question and have solved it brilliantly! I like that you have written out your answer in weeks as well. That classroom must be really damp and dirty to have 7 different kinds of moulds growing, ew! It wouldn't be healthy to stay in a classroom like that.

Good job for attributing your photos, it's awesome to see you keeping up with this important step! I wonder, does it get quite damp in the winter and humid in the summer where you live? It can get quite damp here in Auckland, especially in the winter months. It's really important that we stop mould from spreading in our homes as soon as possible because it can be unhealthy to breathe in.

    Keep up the hard work,
    Evelyn :)
