  1. Kia ora Reagan,

My name is Susie and I'm one of the blog commenters for the Summer Learning Journey this year. It is great to see that you've been actively participating in our SLJ programme - ka pai!

I like how you have created this slideshow to tell us about the hobbies you enjoy on a rainy day. I was super excited to see SLJ on the list as well, SUPER! Do you have a book that you're reading at the moment? The weather hasn't been too great over the past few days so I'm guessing you've been reading a lot! Also, what do you usually like to bake? I love to bake chocolate chip brownies to share with my friends and family.

Looking forward to reading more of your amazing blog posts Reagan. Keep up the good work and have an amazing summer!

    Ka kite,
    Susie

Sometimes, I look forward to rainy days as it does make a good excuse to sit and read or play board games without feeling like you should be outside. As you know, I LOVE both of these activities and so can always find positives when it is raining. I am so glad that you love to bake as one of the best things is to be in the kitchen with you girls and teach you to bake or cook. We never seem to get annoyed when it rains as we always have plenty to keep us occupied, don't we? We have had such lovely sunny weather where we have been these holidays but we have still done all of these fun activities that you have mentioned as well as lots of fun outside activities. How lucky are we?!

  3. Kia Ora Reagan!

WOW! The colour on your DLO is so bright and colourful. It looks really cool! These sound like fun activities to do when it is raining. When it is raining I like to sit down and read a book or watch a movie. I also like the font you have chosen for your writing.

Do you have anymore rainy day activities?
