For this activity we had to watch a video about 'staying sun-smart' between April and September. We then had to post 5 things we learnt from the video.
This is a pretty easy activity to have to answer. I think everyone is pretty good about being out in the sun these days and how to go about doing it safely. I biggest thing is finding the sun screen that you like the best. You would really need to put heaps on when you are swimming at Le Bons Bay! And remembering if you are out in it for a long time to make sure you put some more on! We should all wear hats often to help with the sun. Although I don't really like to wear a hat, I don't suit many hats! Poor excuse really!!
We have been really lucky this summer with the weather, it has been absolutely stunning and quite warm. I laughed at Kate the other day, she has just gone to London this week for 5 weeks and Josh sent me a message this morning to say that is was snowing there today!! HaHa !! I was laughing at the two of them!
