DAY 5 (A2) - Living on the Edge

For this activity we had to pretend we were in the Tundra and write a letter home to someone explaining what we were doing/what it is like over there!

  1. Hi Reagan

Well done with this activity. I really like that you have set it out like a letter, thanks for doing that.
It would be a huge experience to travel to the Tundra to stay. It would be so bleak and cold. I really don't like the cold so I don't think that I would travel here. I will stick to the hotels on the tropical islands!
I would like to see how the animals have adapted to living in such a cold environment. It must be so cold. Imagine being somewhere that is 28 degrees below zero.
It is great that you talked about the things you have done and things you would have seen. It is a great letter that you have written.

    Well done once again Reagan

    Until next time

I think it would be a wonderful experience to go here! But yes........I would definitely prefer the fancy hotels on the islands! I also found out the reindeer live in the Tundra. They would be quite magical to see, wouldn't they?
In Queenstown I went to the -5 Ice Bar and I was freezing cold there so I probably wouldn't be able to stay in the -28 degree heat for very long!
Thanks for the brilliant comment. :)

    Noho ora mai
